کوییک ریلیز هوک تجهیزی است که برای مهاربندی کشتی در اسکله مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد
این سازه کاربردی همانند بولارد دارد با این تفاوت که در هنگام بهره برداری از بولارد چه در هنگام پهلوگیری و چه در هنگام جدا شدن کشتی نیاز به نیروی فیزیکی اپراتور جهت حمل و یا آزادسازی طناب سنگین کشتی وجود دارد. همچنین در مواقع اضطراری میبایستی طناب کشتی به وسیله تبر قطع گردد تا کشتی بتواند از اسکله جدا شود
در حالی که در اسکله هایی که مجهز به کوییک ریلیز هوک هستند حمل طناب در موقع پهلوگیری کشتی به وسیله وینچ انجام میشود و مرحله آزادسازی نیز تنها با یک نیروی فیزیکی کوچک در حالت دستی و یا فشردن یک دکمه در حالت الکتریکی امکانپذیر شده است. علاوه بر این در مواقع اضطراری کوییک ریلیز قادر است با اعمال نیروی ۱۵۰درصد ظرفیت از طرف شناور ٬طناب کشتی را بدون ایجاد خسارت به کشتی یا خود کوییک ریلیز آزاد سازد.
شرکت صدراصنعت برای اولین بار در ایران اقدام به طراحی و ساخت کوییک ریلیز هوک نموده است و کوییک ریلیزهای این شرکت در دو نوع دستی و الکتریکی تولید میشوند و دارای درجه حفاظت IP55 میباشند
کوییک ریلیز در ظرفیت های مختلف از ۵تن تا ۵۰۰ تن قابل ساخت بوده و به صورت تک٬ دوبل٬ تریپل و بیشتر قابلیت طراحی و ساخت را دارد.

Quick Release Hook is an equipment used to hold the ship in the jetty
It has the same functionality as the marine Ballard, with the exception that there is a need for the operator’s physical force to carry or release the heavy rope while operating the Ballard both during the mooring and when the ship is detached. Also, in an emergency, the rope should be cut off with an ax so that the ship can be separated from the dock.
While in the jetties equipped with the Quick Release Hook, the rope is carried by the winch when the ship is docked, and the release stage is only possible with a small physical force in the manual mode or the push of a button in the electric mode. In addition, in times of emergency, Quick Release Hook is able to release with 150% of capacity from ship without damaging the ship or itself.
Sadra Sanat Company has designed and manufactured Quick Release Hook for the first time in Iran and its Quick Release Hooks are manufactured in both manual and electric types and have IP55 protection rating.
Quick Release can be manufactured in capacities ranging from 5 tons to 500 tons and can be designed and manufactured as single hook٬ double hooks ٬triple hooks and more
